Process Flow:

Compressed air flows into a small nitrogen generator through a filter. Oxygen is adsorbed by food grade carbon molecular sieve, and high purity nitrogen be collected from a nitrogen generator outlet and go into using points or mixed with other kinds of gases. High purity nitrogen gas can be

continuously produced based on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption technology: two absorption towers work alternately, when one tower is adsorbing with pressure, another tower is regenerating without pressure.
