Product Usage

It is suitable for sealing all kinds of round cans, such as tinplate cans, aluminum alloy cans, plastic cans, paper cans, etc. It is reliable in quality and easy to operate. It is ideal equipment for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industries. Can be used alone or in combination with other filling lines.

Performance characteristics

1. There are two pairs (four) of sealing rollers, the can body is fixed and not rotated when the sealing is performed, and the winding sealing wheel rotates at a high speed;

2. Sealing cans of different specifications by replacing the gland mold, the can body fixing turntable, the lower cover, and other accessories;

3. The main machine is frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC control, man-machine interface touch screen operation, high degree of automation, and simple operation;

4. Canned lid joint control: When there is a tank entering, the cover is correspondingly given, and no tank is not provided;

5. No cover stop: When the lower cover is not given the cover, it will automatically stop, avoiding the can body biting the gland mold and damaging the parts of the sealing mechanism;

6. The sealing mechanism is driven by a synchronous belt, which is easy to maintain and low in noise;

7. The conveyor belt has independent step-less speed regulation, simple structure, and convenient operation and maintenance;

8. The outer cover and main parts are made of 304 stainless steel to meet the food and drug hygiene requirements.
