Automatic Vacuum Capper for Glass Jar and Lug Cap

Introduction:

The vacuum jar capper machine is suitable for sorts of shapes and specifications of glass bottle steam exhausting and sealing. It is equipped with a frequency converter, steam spray exhausting, and a mechanical sealing device for complete function and high automation. It is used to vacuum seam for sorts of three or four screw caps of seasoning, vegetable, bean curd, juice, jam, etc.

Work Principle:

This machine is made up of 7 parts: cap-supplying equipment, pre-tightening system, capping system, driving motor and the base, bottle conveyor and rack, stream pipeline and electrical equipment, etc.

Once put the caps into the hopper, the hangers on the rotating wheel will hang the caps, and keep the caps downward. As a result, the caps slide down and will be fixed on the pre-tightening mechanism.

Meanwhile, the machine keeps the unscrambler inclined and suspension. The equipment sends the filled bottles into the capping room by conveyor belt, cap, and tighten. When the stream cools and shrinks, the gas on the top part formed a vacuum.
