Application and characteristics:

     This machine is a single-head fully automatic vacuum sealing equipment with two pairs (four) of seam sealing wheels. It is specially used for tinplate, aluminum alloy round cans, oval cans, square cans, horseshoe cans, and other cans of various specifications and sizes. And it has the function of vacuuming the can while sealing. Various special-shaped cans of different specifications can be sealed by replacing the mold components and their matching can-shaped accessories. Wide application range, convenient adjustment and operation, and reliability!

This sealer machine is equipped with the following safety devices to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

1. can lids joint control device: When there is a can body entering, the can lid will be allocated accordingly, and there will be no lid if there is no can.

2. "No lid protection": When the can body that has not been allocated a lid by mistake enters, the machine will stop by emergency braking to prevent the can body from biting the indenter die and damaging the parts of the sealing mechanism.

3. Safety clutch device: when the transmission fails and the load is overloaded, the transmission can be interrupted and the can feeding can be stopped.
